Wednesday 11:30am - Senior Fitness & Yoga IT'S BACK! Mon/Wed 4:30pm - Indoor Cycling Mon/Wed 5:15pm - Cardio Kickboxing NEW Mon/Wed 6:15pm - Cross Conditioning Tues/Thurs 5:30pm - Indoor Cycling Tues/Thurs 6:15pm - Pilates IT'S BACK! Tues/Thurs 7pm - ZUMBA Wednesday 5pm - ZumbAtomic (4-7 year olds) Wednesday 6pm ZumbAtomic (8-12 year olds)

I was wondering how we are going to do boot camp in the dark or will it be more like cross conditioning?

Hey Bill, We will work from the gym this round. It is up to the majority vote, but we might continue Cross Conditioning on Thursdays and do more cardio circuit training on Mondays, as well as head outside for some drills and the mile once the sun starts to come up.
