Annie, unfortunately, will no longer be teaching the 9:30a spin class. (Though she might still drop in every once in a while to sub. Yea!) She is going on to focus on her career in teaching.
We will miss you, Annie, and wish you the very best! You have been a blessing to FIT-to-GO this past year! Thank you very much for your hard work and and awesome workouts!!!

Tues/Fri 5:30am - Pilates (25 Min) Mon/Wed/Fri 6am - Indoor Cycling Tues/Thurs 6am - Indoor Cycling Tues/Thurs 6am - Cross Conditioning Mon/Wed/Fri 8:30am - Kick, Core & More Mon/Wed/Fri 9:30am - Indoor Cycling Tues/Thurs 8:30am - Body Trim NEW CLASS! Tuesday 9:30am - Stretch Mon/Wed 5:15pm - Cardio Kickboxing Mon/Wed 6:00pm - Kick & Step NEW CLASS! Tues/Thurs 5:45pm - Indoor Cycling Thursday 7pm - ZUMBA So, we are now 3 weeks post triathlon and I am just now getting this entry in, so I apologize. :) Nonetheless, the 2011 Litchfield TriathLou went great! It took place September 17th. And in-spite of the common fear that it was going to be a bit chilly, weather was perfect! FIT-to-GO had a great turn-out amongst the one hundred something participants (the total number of participants keeps changing, I am guessing somewhere around 150 maybe). We had 7, including self, participate. Angee, Mark, and Sheila competed as a co-ed team in the sprint division. Lori, Bill, Cara and I as individuals in the sprint division. For those of you curious about what the sprint distance entails: .25 swim, 13 mile bike, and 3.1 mile run. PRE-RACE RACE POST RACE Sheila receiving trophy/mugs for 1st place co-ed champs! Go team! Wheh! That was exhausting!!!
