Here are a couple of pictures from the Hearts United 5k on August 27th. As usual, the FIT-to-GO crew takes it home!! Beautiful morning and lots of fun. The people of Hearts United did a lovely job of putting on a nice race.  I am not too proud to admit that I have had the privilege to win these past couple of races thanks to the ones who don't show up. So thank you, Angee. This should have been your 1st place female trophy! ;) Bill, on the other hand, kicked butt naturally! Good job on earning your ribbon!!  Other FIT-to-GOers who took home ribbons, were Tina & Julie. Way to go ladies!!!

This is fit and perfect to go and be tried. Lets have a try at it and promote for the others. Its repel and spill over effect is worth practicing. It has culminated great comfort and contentment. 4/11/2018 04:05:39 am
