I have been working out with Meghan at Fit-to-Go for the past two years and it has been a wonderful experience. I was attracted to Fitness To Go when I learned of their personal, One-On-One Home Workout Program. Now that was an option that had not been previously available to me and it fit me to a "T"! I have an excellent, well equipped workout area at my home that had previously been underutilized. I needed a professional trainer who would inspire and motivate me in the privacy of my own home. Meghan Bilyeu is just the ticket! She has worked with me for an hour once a week at my home for the past two years. I put in a couple more sessions per week on my own. With Meghan's expertise and professional approach to my individualized program I have seen great progress in how I feel. I am stronger and feel better than I have for years. One of the things I like best about Meghan is that she varies my program to keep it fresh and interesting. She tailors it to my individual health conditions and problems.
