TRX GROUP PROGRAMS
SEASONAL: TRX Lakeside Boot Camp is a total body resistance training program using TRX straps. Every exercise builds true functional strength and improves flexibility, balance and core stability all at once! The TRX Suspension Training uses your body as the machine, along with traditional and non-traditional equipment such as hills, tractor tires, free weights and much more to get you the results you're looking for! This class meets lakeside Litchfield Lou Yeager. The scenery and atmosphere is a tranquil and beautiful setting to enjoy while getting in shape and having fun! BEGINNERS TO ADVANCED. This class is weather permitting. Please contact the instructor if weather is questionable.
